Job Description:

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to bridge business needs with ServiceNow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client workshops to gather requirements and define process improvements
Craft user stories and develop comprehensive documentation for implementation
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices and client objectives

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant or similar role
Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM modules
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable
Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations
