Location: KINGMAN, FL

Shifts available: 40hrs variable

Starting Salary: $41 - negotiable depending on experience

*Additional information:*

*$15K sign on bonus with a 3 year commitment*



_*Job Qualifications*_
* *Minimum 7 years recent experience.*
* *MER documentation - Meditech*
* *Current PT License through the AZ Board of Physical Therapy*
* *Graduate of an APTA approved four year bachelor's degree program, or foreign equivalent.*
* *BLS active.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41.73 - $51.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
