The Inpatient OR Nurse Manager will be joining a facility accredited by The Joint Commission, which holds the Gold Seal of Approval for Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement, reflecting its commitment to high-quality patient care and outcomes.
The Surgical Services Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Perioperative Services and collaborate with a talented leadership team. This role will oversee a dynamic team of operating room staff, including CNORs, Surgical Technologists, and support staff, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care delivery.
This surgical unit operates 8 advanced operating rooms, a 25-bed Endoscopy Surgery Center recovery room, and cutting-edge robotic surgery technology. With over 5,000 inpatient surgeries annually, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager will work alongside exceptional surgeons, anesthesiologists, and highly skilled staff in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key responsibilities for the Inpatient OR Nurse Manager include mentoring and developing clinical staff, ensuring adherence to surgical best practices, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
