Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Care Coordinator -
Veterinary.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional client experience through high volume calls and
emails related to pet care and clinic information
Triage and route calls to appropriate team members and assist with
administrative tasks such as scheduling
Utilize various software platforms to document interactions and
communicate with team members
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center
environment, preferably in the health industry
Experience managing a significant volume of emails and calls
daily
Familiarity with CRM software, such as Zendesk and Vetspire
Previous experience in appointment scheduling and administrative
tasks
Access to a quiet workspace for professional communication during
calls
