The Hospital Nurse Manager Case Management will report to the Nurse Director of Case Management and will oversee a supportive team of 25+ RN Case Managers and 25+ Licensed Care Social Workers.The Manager Case Management will oversee the hospital Care Management daily operations, staffing, and department progression. The RN Manager Case Management will have their bachelor's degree, ideally a BSN, and a minimum of three years of hospital case management leadership experience. A CCM or ACM Certification is preferred but not required.The Manager Care Management will join an acute care Hospital and trauma center that offers great career growth opportunities within their system.
