Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead
transformative changes in online grocery shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic product vision for grocery
shopping
Lead a diverse team to deliver innovative solutions and enhance
product offerings
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, focusing on conversion rate
improvements and customer retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a
related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
8-10 years of product management experience, with 2-4 years
managing a team of 3+ PMs
Experience leading product teams delivering customer-facing
products
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive data-driven
decision-making
Product management experience in eCommerce, particularly with
shopping, ads, or delivery flows preferred
